Application Form and Paper Submission
Attention: The maximim number of sumbitted papers for each author is two, alone or as a coauthor.
I. Application Form Sumbission
The application form must be written in English only and should not exceed one page at most. The application form must include proposed paper title, authors, an abstract up to 100 words, which clearly presents the achievement or contribution of the paper, and 3-5 keywords best describing the paper.

ICAICTSEE-2014 Application Form.Each submitted abstract will be blind reviewed by at least two reviewers.
II. Paper Submission
All papers must be submitted as Microsoft Word documents.
Papers
must be written in English only and they should be
4 - 8 pages in
length.
Each paper should include an abstract up to 100 words, which clearly presents the achievement or contribution of the paper, and 3-5 keywords best describing the paper.

The submission must be an original work that has not been published or submitted elsewhere. A signed copyright form will be requested for papers accepted for publishing.
At least one author must register for the conference and present the paper. Only the papers of the registered authors will be included in the proceedings (at least one author of the paper has paid a registration fee; no multiple papers per one registration fee).
The authors are responsible for preparing the final manuscript in time for its inclusion in the conference proceedings.
